How long we retain your data

For the purposes described in this Privacy Policy the general information you provide will be kept for three years. This will enable us to track your university and career destinations and so can assist future students. Any statistical analysis reports we publish will not identify any individual.

What rights you have over your data

If you have registered on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

With whom we may share your personal data

Your personal data may only be accessed by StudyWing and sent to the Educational Institutions (Colleges, Schools, Universities) to which the student already enrolled in our services wishes to apply, whereby the student by enrolling agrees to such terms. We only use the email contact on the MailChimp platform (Marketing Automation Platform), used to manage the information and make the communication described above. Visitor comments can be checked through an automated spam detection service without using the data.

How can you change or withdraw your consent

You may at any time change or withdraw your consent, effective for the future. Upon full withdrawal of your consent statements will no longer be contacted and no longer receive communications for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

To withdraw consent, you can click the “OPT OUT” option that accompanies each communication StudyWing makes with its subscribers.
